Teams - Presenting in Teams

When you set up a meeting in Teams, you may be asked to present a PowerPoint deck. The tips, below, will show you the recommended Savanta approach.

1. After you've joined the meeting, click the Share icon, then scroll down to "Browse from my computer"
   
2. Search for the file you want to share, and double click on it to Open - this will load the file in "PowerPoint Live" (if sharing a PowerPoint file)
3. Once done, click on the eye icon to enter "Private view". This will ensure only you can see what's coming up, and can click previous / next
