Forwarding Teams Calls to Your Mobile

Modified on Tue, 31 May, 2022 at 11:32 AM

In order for you to be able to forward a call to an external number, you must first be licensed with a calling plan. This will be the case if you have a landline number in your signature. You do NOT need to install Teams on any other device for this, the forward just directs all call traffic to that other number.

  1. Within Teams, click on your profile picture / initials, top right, and then select "Manage Account"

  2. Click on "Calls" on the left hand menu bar, followed by "Forward my calls"

  3. Once done, you will see a new set of options appear. Click "Forward to:", select "New number of contact", and then in the option, below, enter the number to use (with dialling code), and add

  4. In the "Forward to" box, select the number you added, and that's it, all calls will no be forwarded to the mobile
