The below is a guide to set up a C&Cs meeting in the office


  1. Connect your laptop to the TV using the HDMI lead and to the webcam using the USB
  2. Once done, join the C&Cs meeting in Teams
  3. Click on the 3-dots / more, then "Settings", then "Device settings"

  4. On the pop-up that appears, change the defaults, which will look like the below, so that the "Audio devices" and "Speaker" are set to the TV, and the "Microphone" and "Camera" are set to the webcam. Please also ensure you set the "Noise suppresion" to "Low" to include more background noise
