Welcome to Savanta!

You will have received your new laptop from IT. To get this online so IT can build it for you, please follow the below instructions carefully. If you're ever unsure of a step, please email it@savanta.com who will be able to assist you.

Initial Laptop Setup

When you receive your new laptop, please can you plug it in, power it on, and then follow the current steps:

1. Select Region
2. Select Keyboard Layout
3. Add Second Keyboard Layout (Optional)
4. Connect to available network 
5. Enter your Savanta email id
6. Enter your password
7. Click Set it up now
8. Verify Your Identity
9. Select a Verification Method (Via a phone call or text message)
10. Enter the verification code
11. Setup a PIN code (Any secure 6-digit number - please do not use 123456, you will be at risk of a security breach)
     

When you do the above, you will be taken to your desktop, and all of your applications will begin downloading in the background.

At this point the apps could take up to 2 hours to download depending on your Internet speeds. The app we're waiting on is TeamViewer - when this is installed and you see the shortcut on your desktop, please double click it and send IT (it@savanta.com) your ID and Password
