Install the Printix Application

1. Open Company Portal
2. Use the search box in the top left and search for Printix and then click on the application result
   
3. In the top right corner, click the Install button
   
4. The download/installation process will begin
   
5. This process will take 30 minutes or so depending on internet speeds
6. When the installation completes, the Printix application will appear in the bottom right corner of active applications of your Task bar
   

Register your Card

1. Go to: https://next15.printix.net/, click on the Sign in with Okta option
2. Log in to Okta with your credential (work email address and current password)
3. Click on remember me > Next

   
   

   
4. Once logged in, go to the printer on your floor and tap your building access card on the printer’s card reader to start registering it
5. As it is an unknown card, you will be provided with a 6-digit card registration code (Example 348364). The code is valid for 1 hour

   
   

   
6. Take note of the 6-digit Card registration code

To Register Via Your Laptop:

1. On your laptop, go to the https://next15.printix.net/
2. Click the burger icon at the top right > Select Cards and Codes from the menu
   
3. Select Register card > type in the 6-digit card registration code
4. You will need to add the printer manually as follows:
   1. Navigate to Printix icon (as shown) > click on Printix Client > Click Sign in. If already signed in, please skip to Step 5 below.
      
      
   2. Select sign in with okta > login with your @company.com email
      
      
   3. Once done, you will see a page which asks you to close the window > select close
      
   4. Navigate back to the Printix app on the tray > click Printers...
      
   5. A list of printers will be shown > tick 60GPS and then click on the add button. Once this is done, click finish and you should be able to print
