Restore Previous File Version

1. Right click on the folder that contains the file in question
2. Select the Egnyte "View in Cloud" option - this will open up Egnyte in your web browser
3. On the right hand side of the file you want to restore, you will see a clock icon with a number - click on this and it will show you the previous versions that exist on the server
   
4. Find the one you want and click the icon of an arrow pointing backwards - this will make that version the current version
   

Restore Deleted File

1. Right click on any folder in Egnyte and click "View in Cloud"
   
2. On the left hand side of the web page that loads, you should see a link called "Trash", click this
3. You will now see a list of any file you've deleted in the last 90 days
4. If you tick the file(s) you want to restore, a pop up will appear on the right hand side and, once you've selected everything, click "Restore Selected". The file(s) will be restored to the same location from which it was deleted
