Accessing Your Device


  1. Go to https://windows365.microsoft.com/, and log in with your Savanta username / password
  2. Once logged in, you will see your own, personal, W365 device
  3. You can connect to it either by:
    1. For the best, most robust solution, you should access the W365 device an app. Click on the download icon, top left, and then select the Windows or Mac link to download the application (note, you will also need the "Subscription URL" in the next steps, please take a copy of this.
      1. Once the applicaiton is downloaded, install and open it
      2. Click on "Subscribe with URL" and enter the URL you copied from the image show, above
      3. Click "Next" and log in using your Savanta credentials when prompted
      4. Once done, you will see a screen that resembles the below. You now just need to double click on "Cloud PC...", enter your password, and you will connect to your Cloud PC
      5. Your Cloud PC is displayed "within" a remote desktop session. You can minimise your Cloud PC by clicking on the minimise icon at the top of the screen, or close and lock your Cloud PC by clicking on the x
    2. For simple tasks such as reading emails, running a task (automated), you can simply click "Open in Browser", but it's not great for prolonged, proper, workloads
